Turn on the bus and move out of a building or out from under an overhang.
Confirm the attendant is receiving power by checking that the green LEDs on the ports are lighting up.
If the attendant is not powering on unplug and then replug the Power cable listening for retention clip to click into place. If that does work, power cycle the attendant by disconnecting the power fuse, or turning off the kill switch, waiting 30 seconds, and reconnecting. If the green lights do not come on, please let us know.
Confirm that all ports with cables plugged in have a green AND an orange light. That confirms the attendant sees what is plugged in.
If the CoPilot is plugged into a port without a green AND orange light, move it to a port with a green light. Don't worry about the labels, you can ignore them.
If the CoPilot does not turn on, find the ethernet cable that runs from the attendant to the POE connected to the CoPilot. Power cycle the Copilot by unplugging and then replugging the ethernet cable from the POE.
Look at the CoPilot screen.
If the CoPilot does not boot up, please let us know.
If the CoPilot does boot up but goes directly to a black or white screen, please let us know.
If the CoPilot does boot up and looks good, you're good to go!
