Groups

Groups

Each group can view and interact with tiles on the dashboard that they have access to. You can adjust the level of access each group has. 
There is no limit to the number of groups you can create. You can make adjustments as many times as you wish to the access level of each of these groups.  

Changing Group Accessibility on the Dashboard

  1. Click the Groups tile under Administrative Tools.
  2. Click on the group you wish to adjust.
  3. Choose which features are accessible to which groups. You can change the group's accessibility at any point.
  4. Select Full Access, Read Only, Or No Access for the following:
    1. Audio and Video
    2. Buses
    3. Data Import
    4. Diagnostics
    5. Drivers
    6. Routes
    7. School Settings
    8. Students

Create a New Group



To create a new group:
  1. Click the blue + in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the name of the new group.
  3. Click Save Group.
 If desired, you can edit accessibility for your new group as described in the previous section.
