1. Create file titled "pictures" on your local desktop
2. Download and place the student pictures you are wanting to upload to Transportant in the "Pictures" file
- Verify there are no other folders in the "pictures" file, just the actual student pictures
3. Ensure all student pictures in the pictures file are titled in the following format: "studentid.jpg"
- So for example student- "Abbott, Mary-Ellen" with student id- "20794" would need to have their picture file titled-
"20794 .jpg"
4. Open "pictures" file and highlight/select every picture in the file by right clicking and choosing "select all" or pressing "Control+A" on your keyboard
5. Once all the files are highlighted/selected, right click and then select "compress"
- A .zip file will appear on your dashboard
6. Title that .zip file- "pictures.zip"
7. Go to the "data import" tab at admin.transportant.com
- Click "+" button in top right
- Select "pictures.zip" file
- Select "update"
- Click "Start data import"
