Incident Button
In the upper right hand corner is the red incident button. The incident button is the way for you to
notify dispatch of anything important that happens, from a fight to a stop arm violation. Tap the
button and an alert will be sent to the dashboard.
Whether it is reporting a behavioral incident or something in the street blocking you from taking
your normal route, this button marks the video and sends an alert to the dashboard. If
the incident notification is seen live, someone on the dashboard can view the live
video to assess the situation.
