Introduction to Ridership

"Ridership" refers to all the things that, put together, allow you and other stakeholders to track your buses and students:
  1. Clean and correctly formatted student and guardian information, which might involve integration with other services that you use, such as routing programs or student information systems
  2. Well defined routes and stops
  3. The use of bus passes (fobs, RFID cards, barcodes, etc.) by students and drivers
  4. The Bus Compass parent app
In this section of the knowledge base you will find more information about putting these pieces together into a coherent whole.
