Ticket Tracking Through the Knowledge Base

Would you like a way to track your open tickets?


You can do this here through our Knowledge Base!


  1. Click "Sign Up" in the upper right-hand corner

  2. Click "New User? Sign Up"

  3. Fill out the information and wait for your confirmation email

  4. “Accept the invitation” via the confirmation email

  5. On the Knowledge Base, click “My Area”

  6.  On this page, you can see the following:

    1. Open Tickets

    2. Closed Tickets

    3. On Hold Tickets

  7. Tickets can be created at any time by clicking the “+” to the right of “My Area”

  8. All tickets submitted through the Knowledge Base are sent to support@transportant.com. You might not see all past tickets when signing up for this, but if you start managing your outstanding tickets through here, you’ll see all updates in one place!
