Battery Wakeup Voltage Check

Set a Wakeup Time

Reach out to your Transportant Customer Success representative to coordinate and set your preferred daily wakeup time for voltage checks.

Check Battery Voltage Readings

After setting your designated wakeup time, navigate to the Device Health page on the dashboard:

Click on the “Battery / Ignition” column header to sort voltage readings from lowest to highest.

Any reading below 12.0V will be highlighted in red, making it easy to identify buses that may need attention.

Use this feature to stay ahead of battery maintenance issues and keep your fleet operating reliably.
