The device health page provides information on battery data, devices, and notes on any alerts for every bus in your fleet. This data corresponds to the
Alerts page. You can view the alerts by clicking on the number in the Alerts column.
Batteries below 12.05 V will trigger Transportant’s automatic shutdown, so the battery isn’t drained while the bus is in offload mode. It’s a good idea to keep an eye on this page, especially in colder months. Batteries below 12 V may need to be recharged or replaced. Checking the connections to the ignition, power, and ground terminals will keep things optimal.
You can view the bus's
battery chart, which provides additional information about the battery's health, by clicking on the numbers in the battery/ignition column.
