This page shows a list of any alerts in the system.
You can sort or filter the results.
Selecting an alert will expand the information on the right hand side of the screen. Here you will find further details, often including suggested next steps for you to take.
Many alerts are graded by severity on a scale from 1 to 4. At the low end, severity 1 merits keeping an eye on the matter but intervention is not usually required. At the other extreme, severity 4 alerts indicate matters that cause immediate and severe impact and merit immediate action.
Most alerts are displayed according to a rolling average. We do this to increase the visibility of intermittent problems. That does however mean that even after the underlying issue has been corrected, the alert can be expected to remain visible for a few days. For this reason, the dates of the alert are shown, to help you determine whether or not the alert remains relevant.
The
page of each bus shows any alerts that the bus may have. Clicking on the alert will take you to that page.
