With the bus history timeline, you can review bus GPS location, video, incidents, route status, and student load count all in one tool. Here's how to use it:
1. Open the
Buses page, found in the Fleet Management section of the dashboard.
2. Select the desired bus by clicking the checkbox to the left of the Name column.
3. Click “Click to enlarge map” in the panel on the right.
4. Click “History” in the top right corner of the page.
5. Click on the “i” icon in the bottom left corner...
...to reveal the legend for the timeline:
- GPS: Bus had a GPS fix
- Video: Video was being recorded
- Routes: A route had been selected and was active
- Swipes: One or more swipes were logged
- Incident: The driver pressed the incident button
- Students: A visualization of the student load count
6. To scroll through the timeline, click and hold on the vertical blue line, then drag it left or right as desired.
