Checklist Forms

You can create checklists on your dashboard to show up for drivers on the copilot. These checklists can include pre-trip checklists, safety checklists, maintenance checklists, and more.
  1. Click the blue + in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Title your checklist and click “Edit Checklist Questions”.
  3. Click “Add a New Group” to create a header in your checklist.
  4. Click “Add a New Field” to create checklist items.
  5. Each field can be reported pass/fail, checkmark, decimal, number, or text depending on how you want your drivers to report certain fields. Make sure to mark “is visible” so the driver can see the steps on the copilot.
  6. Once complete, click “Save Changes” in the upper right corner.
  7. To ensure this checklist is visible on the copilot as well as the submissions category, check “is visible” and “is visible to copilot”.

When a driver submits a checklist, you can access the reports under “Checklist submissions” where the submissions will be labeled with checklist name, bus number, and when the list was created as well as their report.
With checklist submissions available on the dashboard, you can keep all your reports in one place. If for example bus 22 is on route and you need to know what the bus driver last recorded as the mileage on the bus, you can access that information from their last submitted report.
