Transportant has added a Status Banner that can be displayed at the top of the dashboard. Transportant can show this at one school or all schools.  

This applies to all dashboard users. 

There has not been a simple and effective way to communicate to users when there will be system maintenance being done,  when there are global system issues, when testing is being done or other general communication. With the Status Banner, Transportant can keep you the customer informed of any system issues or changes that may temporarily impact the  performance of your system. 

Just look for the banner at the top of your dashboard. This will include a message and possibly a link you can click on for more  information. Once everything is back to normal, we will remove the banner. 

• Inform customers of global system issues that are being addressed 

• Update customers if testing is being done and what you may see 

• It can used for other general system communication
