Drivers

Keep track of your drivers by inputting them into the Drivers page of the Fleet Management section of the dashboard.

Add a Driver

1. Click the blue plus (+) in the upper right-hand corner and complete the fields.
   
2. Plug an RFID reader into your computer.
   
3. Click the Fob Number field.
   
4. Tap a bus pass such as a fob to the RFID reader. It will auto-populate the field.
   
5. Click somewhere else on the screen or press the tab key. You will see a green check, which means the system has saved the number.
   
6. Make sure the bus pass gets to the correct driver. It is now the digital identity of the driver.

Next Steps

Have your drivers swipe their bus pass after starting up the bus. This clocks them in. You will then be able to view their clock-ins, timesheets, and which driver is driving which bus, all on the Timesheets page.
