Drivers

Keep track of your drivers by inputting them into the Driver’s tile of the dashboard. Here you can assign them bus passes.

Add a Driver

1. Click the blue plus (+) in the upper right-hand corner and complete the necessary information.
   
2. Plug an RFID reader into a computer.
   
3. Click the Fob Number field.
   
4. Tap a bus pass such as a fob to the RFID reader; it will auto-populate the field.
   
5. Click somewhere else on the screen or press the tab key. The green check means the system has saved the number.
   
6. Make sure the bus pass gets to the correct driver. It is now the digital identity of the driver.

Timesheets, Driving Assignments, Clocking In

You can access each driver’s daily timesheet here on the Drivers tile. On the Buses tile you’ll be able to see which driver is driving each bus by looking at the far right column. The driver must swipe their bus pass after starting up the bus to clock-in and have this information appear on the dashboard.
