Offload Video

Offload Video

Video is saved on a bus for about 45-60 days, the exact time depends on the number of cameras and how often the bus is running. Offloading a video transfers it from the bus and saves it on Transportant’s servers forever. Video is offloaded on request only.

  1. Click the Blue Plus (+) in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Select the bus from the drop-down menu.
  3. Type in the day, start time and end time. Please note, select smaller segments for quicker offload times.
  4. The offload will automatically start when the bus connects to the WiFi network.

If you are having difficulties offloading video, see our article on video offload problems.
