A list of all the stops on all of the routes. Missed stops let you dive into how your routes are actually run. The system highlights stops with a low hit percentage. You can sort by time period, hit rate, and route.
The Stops page tells you how many times each stop was accurately hit during a certain time period. You can look at accuracy logs from the past week, month, quarter, or year. You can adjust the percentage of stop accuracy you would like to view. The higher the percentage, the more times the stop was accurately hit by the driver.
“All Stops” are stops that are stops that are associated with a route and ghost stops that are no longer associated with routes. “Missed Stops” are stops that are assigned to routes.
This tile of the dashboard is useful to check if routes are set up correctly. If you notice that a certain stop on a route has a low stop hit rate, you might check with your driver to see if the stop needs to be moved or if the driver needs to pay closer attention to the stop location.
Freeze Stop Location From Data Import
This feature prevents Data Imports from changing select stop locations. This tool can be utilized on the Stops page or on the individual route under specific stops.
- From the main dashboard page click Stops under Route Management
- Select the stop you wish to freeze from data imports
- There will be two checkboxes. The checkboxes have the following functions:
- Prevent all changes from data import: Freezes the stop from any changes, including name, and prevents its deletion
- Prevent GPS location changes from data import: Still allows name changes and other details, but will preserve the latitude/longitude set on the dashboard
Generally, we recommend using the first option sparingly, as it can cause some confusion on why a stop looks very different from what it is on the original data source. This setting option should help keep your stop location from changing each night with imports. If you have a dropoff location that you would like to freeze at the back entrance of a school rather than the front, you can do so by utilizing this feature.
