Students

Students

Student information includes their personal information such as student ID, bus pass numbers, email addresses, and phone numbers. The guardian(s) associated with this student are listed under the student profile. A quick overview of the routes the student is assigned to, their stops, and recent activity for this student are also provided on the student profile.

Manually Add Students

  1. Click the blue plus in the upper right-hand corner and complete the necessary information.
  2. Click someone else on the screen or press tab. The green checkmark means the system has saved the data.
Note: DO NOT edit student information in the dashboard if your district has nightly uploads or uses an API, as all your manual edits will be overwritten.
