Contact Trace

Contact Trace

Contact Tracing is a feature that helps track which students came in contact with others.

  1. From the dashboard, click “Contact Trace” under Reports.
  2. Enter a start time, end time, and target student. TIP: if you don't see filtering options click the Blue Funnel in the upper left-hand corner.
  3. Click “Apply Filters”.
  4. You'll see a list of students, the number of times they have been on the same bus as the target student, and the total amount of time they were exposed. TIP: Click on a student to see more detailed information.
  5. Click on the Download button in the upper right-hand corner to download a detailed report as a CSV file, including guardian contact information. CSV files can be opened by spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.
TIP: You can also run a contact trace from the Student page. Just select the target student and click Run contact tracing. It will automatically populate the page.
