How to view: In your Transportant Dashboard, head to the App Usage tab under “Bus Compass” to view the new App Usage section today.
Understand Your Data
The new App Usage dashboard provides several ways to slice your data for a deeper understanding of your community's engagement.
Activity & Engagement: View the total volume of requests made while the app is open. Higher peaks indicate more people interacting with the app for longer periods, typically during morning and afternoon commute windows.
Filter by Audience: Use the primary dropdown to switch between views for Active Students, Users (Guardians), or Devices to see exactly who is utilizing the service.
Route-Specific Insights: Select the Routes view to identify which specific bus routes are using the app.
