A common troubleshooting recommendation is to confirm that each of the cables from the rooftop antenna are connected to the correct terminal on the attendant, and that each connection is snug and free of corrosion. Here's how to do that.
Confirm all is well
There should be four coax cables connected to the attendant. Unscrew one (you should be able to do this with your fingers). Inspect both the coax cable terminator and the SMA connector on the attendant that it had been connected to, to confirm that both are clean, dry, free of corrosion, and otherwise in good order. Screw it back in, again finger tight.
Repeat this for each of the four cables.
Now confirm that each cable is connected to the correct connector on the attendant. Each cable has a shrink wrap label that identifies it. The SMA connectors on v3 attendants are similarly labeled. The connectors on v4 attendants are not labeled (sorry about that) but this illustration shows which is what:

The rooftop antenna has four coax cables. Each one should be labeled on shrink wrap at the end of the cable:
- LTE or LTE1
- LTE or LTE2
- Wi-Fi
- GNSS or GPS
If the antenna has a cable labeled GNSS, it should be connected to the GPS connector on the attendant.
Attendant
The attendant for its part has SMA connectors for the coax cables to connect to. On v3 attendants, the connectors are labeled:
v3 attendant SMA connectorsAs noted above, on v4 attendants the SMA connectors are not labeled, so see the previous illustration.
v4 attendants make no distinction between LTE1 and LTE2, so you may connect either LTE cable to either LTE connector.
