The dashboard has a What’s New section, to deliver information on product updates, general information and opportunities directly to your dashboard.
How to Use
In the top right corner of every page on the dashboard there is a bell icon. When there is a new announcement that you have not read, a number will show indicating the number of new announcements since the last time you
opened them. In Figure 1 below we can see that there are two new announcements:
Clicking on the bell icon will take to the read pane (Figure 2). Here you will see new announcements above the red line, as well as previous announcements that you have already seen below it.
Clicking the View All link at the top of the read pane will take you to the history page (Figure 3). Here you will see all past announcements. You can also use the Filter By field at the top of the history page to find a particular announcement.
The general format of an announcement is headline, description, and optionally links to supporting documents. Most new features announced this way will have further instructions in the
New or Updated Features section.
