Attendant Versions

Attendant Versions

It is often necessary for troubleshooting purposes to know which attendant version you have. The easiest way to know is to check the hostname, which should be printed on a sticker on the attendant:
  1. ATD3471 and below: v3
  2. ATD3472-3500: v4
  3. ATD3501-3999: v3
  4. ATD4000 and above: v4
If the sticker is missing or illegible, you can also tell by inspecting the device. v4 attendants have a red reset button and a small screen, both of which are absent on v3 attendants.
