Audio Takeover

Create a Recording

  1. On a computer with a microphone click the Blue Plus () in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. If your browser asks for permission, select ‘allow’, or ‘always allow’.
  3. Add a title and description.
  4. Click ‘Start recording.’
  5. Record your message.
  6. Click ‘Stop recording.’

Troubleshooting 

If you see the following message, either a microphone is not available or the browser isn’t letting it record.


Check your browser settings. If you use Chrome, this is found in the upper left-hand corner:

Play a Recording on a Bus

  1. Select the recording you want to play
  2. Select the bus from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the play button. When you do this, it will play in the bus as long as it has speakers in it.
