Copilot Stuck on Bubble Screen

Symptoms

Occasionally you might see a copilot stuck on a screen showing bubbles. The copilot might be stuck there forever, or the copilot might frequently return to it. Instead of the bubble screen you might see the message "Transportant Copilot keeps stopping". 

What to do

What is happening is the copilot's application is failing to launch. This can be fixed remotely by Transportant's engineers without having to return the copilot. Write us at support@transportant.com, letting us know the bus number, the copilot's hostname (a code of the form ATP1234), and when the problem began. Our engineers will be happy to fix this for you.
