Screen Diagnostic Failure

Screen Diagnostic Failure

Explanation

At the moment the system was powered on, the copilot screen was not recognized.
This alert is often triggered for no apparent reason. We'll be fixing that, but in the meantime just be aware that this alert in the absence of driver reports of copilot screen problems can be ignored.

Effect

The copilot screen would be black or otherwise appear in a way other than normal.

Next Steps

Ask the driver if there have been problems with the copilot screen. If not, you may ignore this alert.
Otherwise, unplug the copilot. If the screen had been on, confirm that the screen goes black when you do this. Wait 10 seconds, then plug the copilot back in.

Check Fixes

Ask the driver to report if the screen now works as expected.
This alert, like most, is calculated on a rolling average, so even after correcting the problem the alert will remain visible for a few days. However, by clicking through to the detail page as seen above, you can see if you have successfully fixed the problem.
